The WILMA Dash is Wilmington, North Carolina’s ONLY All-Female 5K! It is a great event for first-time runners, walkers, and for seasoned runners looking for a personal best. After the race, stay for the WILMA Dash Health Fest at the start/finish inside the Convention Center Expo Hall. Entry is included with your WILMA Dash registration.

The WILMA Dash will start and finish inside the Wilmington Convention Center’s 30,000-square-foot Expo Hall. The Health Fest will take place in the Expo Hall as well, with doors open from 4-9pm. The race kicks off at 6:30pm.
