The WILMA Dash is Wilmington, North Carolina’s ONLY All-Female 5K! It is a great event for first-time runners, walkers, and for seasoned runners looking for a personal best.

After the race, stay for the WILMA Dash Health Fest at the start/finish inside the Convention Center Expo Hall. Entry is included with your WILMA Dash registration. The Health Fest includes local health & wellness exhibitors, food, drinks, awards and more!
